Smaller bags include the original box whenever possible. Oversized styles, including large totes and backpacks, ship with a dust bag only by default. To request the original box, contact us before ordering; additional shipping fees apply.

Address changes: You may change your delivery address before shipment. Address changes requested after shipment are subject to an additional carrier fee.
Delivery delays: Chinese public holidays and holidays in the destination country may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Lost packages: Please contact us by email. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
