- After shipment: Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

- Exchanges and duties: Exchanges are not offered, and customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Shipping cost
A flat shipping fee of US$10 applies to every order and destination. Free shipping is not available.
Packaging
Smaller bags include the original box whenever possible. Oversized styles, including large totes and backpacks, ship with a dust bag only by default. To request the original box, contact us before ordering; additional shipping fees apply.

- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification. You can track your package on the carrier’s website or on our website. We also send automatic updates such as in transit and out for delivery.
- Label created: Tracking may remain at “Label Created” while the package travels internationally. It will usually update after the package reaches the destination country.
- Address changes: You may change your delivery address before shipment. Address changes requested after shipment are subject to an additional carrier fee.
- Delivery delays: Chinese public holidays and holidays in the destination country may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
- Lost packages: Please contact us by email. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos or a video showing the damage.
- Multiple packages: An order may be divided into multiple packages, especially when it contains more than five items. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
- Returned packages: If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the related costs.

I thought this was a scam or would receive a product that is poorly made. But the condition of the bag is excellent and will be buying additional bags!
