Shipping cost
A flat shipping fee of US$10 applies to every order and destination. Free shipping is not available.
Packaging
Smaller bags include the original box whenever possible. Oversized styles, including large totes and backpacks, ship with a dust bag only by default. To request the original box, contact us before ordering; additional shipping fees apply.

- Label created: Tracking may remain at “Label Created” while the package travels internationally. It will usually update after the package reaches the destination country.
- Address changes: You may change your delivery address before shipment. Address changes requested after shipment are subject to an additional carrier fee.
- Delivery delays: Chinese public holidays and holidays in the destination country may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
- Lost packages: Please contact us by email. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos or a video showing the damage.
- Multiple packages: An order may be divided into multiple packages, especially when it contains more than five items. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
- Returned packages: If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the related costs.

The handbag is of excellent quality and the service was immediate and simple. I received the product just a few business days after ordering. The bag is exactly like the picture and was packaged very nicely. I would definitely order from this company again!
I was very skeptical to purchase this bag, but after I read the review I wanted to give it a chance. When I received I was so surprised. The bag really looks like the real one even the leather texture. The only thing that I got disappointed was that the bag is called Soho two way, but it does not come with the inside “rings to have the longer stripes attached like the original.
Much bigger than I had in mind. Very nice bag and can hold tons of stuff.
Absolutely beautiful
I purchased the Gucci soho two way bag, it was bigger than I expected; no button to keep closed only a hook, that was kind of disappointing but nice quality material and still a nice looking bayl, overall still satisfied and would order again.
