Packaging
Smaller bags include the original box whenever possible. Oversized styles, including large totes and backpacks, ship with a dust bag only by default. To request the original box, contact us before ordering; additional shipping fees apply.

- Delivery delays: Chinese public holidays and holidays in the destination country may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
- Lost packages: Please contact us by email. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide photos or a video showing the damage.
- Multiple packages: An order may be divided into multiple packages, especially when it contains more than five items. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
- Returned packages: If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the related costs.

Great quality the only difference between this and the original is the embossed Chanel logo inside the purse which this one does not have. Odour is strong but likely will subside with use. Great communication, fast delivery.
I know it can be scary ordering online like this. But, I promise you will not be disappointed. Just received this Chanel, which is my 4th bag, and my daughter in law loves it!

I’m so happy with this purchase! Shipping time was phenomenal, the bag is so beautiful and the details are spot on! Only thing I’d have to say is that the leather definitely doesn’t feel genuine (as expected given the price you’re paying) and the straps/chain are not as hefty as the original but for a dupe, this bag definitely looks the part and is worth purchasing for anyone who wants that luxurious aesthetic for a fraction of the price!
